So. This seems to be "let's all make Cathryn deliriously happy" day.
Because first of all, after being sick enough to leave work early yesterday, I felt justified in calling out today (gotta put my health first, doncha know), so not only do I not have to go to work, but now I get to miss some stupid meeting about how the registers are consistently coming up short. Guess what? Not my problem. Know why? A: Leaving in three weeks. B: I'm not stealing, and I am doing my best to keep an accurate count of drive-offs, so the only way this would have anything to do with me anyway is if someone were stealing from my drawer, and it's not like I can do anything about that unless I catch someone in the act.
This also means that I should have time to watch the copy of Rebel Without A Cause that I found at the library, which came highly recommended by Betsey.
And like this isn't ENOUGH, remember how I linked to that post where someone had made a bunch of gorgeous Spider-Man icon bases? Well, that someone (![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
aefallen) had read my fic and was delighted to hear from me. Then she left feedback so thorough that my jaw dropped when I skimmed the LJ Alert e-mail (which I am printing even as I post).
Also, I have delicious pulpy orange juice. I challenge this day to get better.
