Happy birthday to me! And Ragna!
Haven't a ton of time; gotta get home to shower and maybe get started on various moving-related activities. I just figured that after all the obsessing, I couldn't let the day pass without a post.
I got to rent movies at Videoport yesterday! I am hugely happy over this, as they have loads of things I want to see that Movie Gallery doesn't carry. I rented The River's Edge (Crispin and pre-Bill & Ted Keanu! What more could a girl want? Oh, yeah - a story that lives up to its potential and characters I could become emotionally invested in. Oh, well), Eddie Izzard: Dress to Kill (about bloody time, too, I am the ONLY person I know who hadn't seen it yet, and it definitely lived up to my expectations) and Friday the 13th: The Final Chapter (b/c pre-BttF Crispin, presumably dying horribly. Uh, yay?). Am saving the last one to watch tonight, while I drink weak little girly drinks. What? I have to get up for work tomorrow. No heavy drinking until, well, next weekend, when I plan to go up to Bangor to hang with
manderspander.
Tomorrow night: Going out with Mom. This is a lot more fun than it sounds. Am v. excited.

BTW, "The River's Edge" is based on a murder that happened in my hometown. I live in the same neighborhood as the victem and one of my high school teachers knew the killer.
Cool, eh?
Sadly, I've never seen the film. Sheesh. I gotta get off my duff and rent it. Actually, I've never seen ANY of the films you rented. Sheesh!
