Sweeeeeeeeeeet Icon! Crispin is so cool. Weird, but cool. I just watched the Willard behind the scenes documentary (from the DVD) the other night and was struck yet AGAIN by how gorgeous and odd he is.
Also by how depressed poor Glen Morgan must be about Willard's poor reception at the box office. Makes me wanna write the poor guy a fan letter.
Here's a weird question: Were you able to watch the entire documentary without a problem? Because mine's all messed up; I know I bought the disc used, but practically no one rented it so it was pristine when I opened the box, so it can't be damaged. (This being the upside; those of us in the know can save a few bucks buying it used, because it hasn't been destroyed by the careless masses.) I also checked another disc for a couple of the deleted scenes that are messed up on my DVD, and the same scenes were fucked on that one. (Including the ORIGINAL ENDING, FOR GOD'S SAKE.) I'm just curious as to whether we got a bad shipment or the DVDs were just badly produced in general.
At least the movie itself is all right, thank goodness.
Oh, and, glad you like my icon. I slapped it together in, like, three minutes, so the compliment is nice. =D Don't know how much you've been keeping up on my journal, but just to update you, I *heart* Crispin now. He is so talented and varied and yummy. (Like Willem, he's rather an acquired taste, but once you've acquired it I don't think you could possibly be rid of it.) If you haven't tried his CD (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/B000003BG6/qid=1073681277/sr=1-1/ref=sr_1_1/002-8513362-1788804?v=glance&s=music), do it. Seriously. You won't regret it.
