[current events] Coming up on the six-month anniversary of his death (I love Milliways). He recently dealt with the fall out of having a nasty nightmare because, um, I was drunk and thought it would be fun to throw him into the plot. *looks innocent*
[future plans] Learn a bunch of stuff and find a new world to live on. I am increasingly tempted to throw him into the Whoniverse, not because of any Coincidental Resemblances (he'd be in the States, anyway, so that would be almost irrelevant), but because a) I would love to play with the state of politics in America following the assassination of the President by the British Prime Minister and b) playing his reactions to some of the global occurrences in DW S4 would be HILARIOUS. "Okay, look, I know I slept through physics class when I bothered to go at all, but I am pretty sure that LIGHTING THE SKY ON FIRE is supposed to be a BAD THING."
[misc.] . . . but, starting out, I never intended to get him all that involved in the Whoniverse, precisely because of said Coincidental Resemblances. Except that - he kind of is, and it's alarming how naturally it seems to fit to go even further with it, and I DON'T KNOW. *flails*

[muse strength] Medium to medium-low. He's easily the loudest voice after Cal, but he doesn't always say very much.
[cast strength] Virtually nil. There's, like, one other active Les Mis pup in the bar, but he's rarely played.
[current events] Javert is trying to resign himself to the fact that the HIGHLY SUSPICIOUS monsieur Madeleine has been made mayor. Milliways is a diversion, when it appears. It is not a WELCOME diversion, since Javert is super-uptight at this point in canon and feels strongly that fun is for people who don't have anything else worth doing, which he obvsly does, but it still eases his stress level a bit. Bar knows best.
[future plans] Working through canon, getting to the point where Javert chills the fuck out a little, and making up a whole buncha shit to do during the ten year blank period that Hugo has so kindly given me to play with.
[misc.] Finding appropriate icons for the novel version of Javert is laughably difficult. (Novel Javert: does not wear a uniform; is not white. Sigh.) Maybe someday I'll run across a decent PB. Until then, I'm making do with shots from movies and productions of the musical, which is ANNOYING but also allows me to use pictures of Philip Quast, so I suppose I'll live.

[future plans] Playing him again sometime? Maybe?
[misc.] In all seriousness, Alan is really difficult to play outside the context of the show - he's very much a Dad Character and it's hard to get a handle on him for things that do not in any way involve Maria. Yes, I know the solution to this is to play him more. VICIOUS CYCLE.

[muse strength] Pretty low, but then I expected that. Steven's more of a part time, pure-fun character that I can't imagine getting into Big Serious Things with.

[current events] Steven is Bound (stuck in Milliways) while his finger heals from having the tip chopped off in the series premiere.
[future plans] Drinking, doing drugs, sleeping with hot women, then putting a twelve-hour shift as sous chef at Nolita. If part of this occasionally takes place at the end of the universe, he's cool with that.
[misc.] I have decided that being a sitcom character means that Steven is used to events varying from slightly to completely ridiculous, so pretty much he just rolls with the punches in Milliways.
And for Mixed Muses (for any non-Milliwaysers who might be reading this: MM is essentially a formless place for playing with pups you're not sure of yet, playing with AU versions of your pups, playing with homeless OCs, whatever. People generally - but not always - tend to set their pups in an alternate Milliways, which is what I do with all of mine.):

(Hideously depressing fun fact: Eva was Perón's second wife to die of cancer. In the same general region of the body - one cervical, the other uterine. This is not part of the musical's canon, but ever since I found it out, the part where Perón confronts Eva with her impending death destroys me. Can you even imagine?)
