The server is not seeing your "icons" folder. For some reason, it thinks there's another "icons" folder with different things in it - when I made it show me the directory of /icons, it showed me all the files it thought were there - which were not your icons. I have no idea what kind of crack it's on. So I changed your html on iconpage.html to have /journalpics/picturename.jpg instead of icons/picturename.jpg, and changed the folder name. Also, I took out the http://catslash.acherontia.org/ part at the beginning - if you ever change servers again now you won't have to redo your html.

. . . did you change all the places on that page where the actual word "icon" appeared to "journalpic" also? Because, that happened.
