Thanks, Keith. Thanks a lot. Like I didn't suffer enough watching the Tigers waste Justin Verlander's quite nice major league debut?

Sox. Tigers. Why are you both slumping at once? It is strange and unnatural for the Astros to be my good team (THREE GAMES WITHIN .500 YAY). Pick it up already.

Eck pointing out the obvious about Keith: "His confidence is clearly shot at this point." It's beyond shot, Eck, it's dead and buried. And by coincidence its grave is right next to that of the Red Sox Nation's confidence in him. It's not even a surprise when he fucks up a game anymore. The surprise would be if he saved it. Hell, I was surprised that that final at-bat didn't end in a grand slam.

Final Tigers and Sox scores, respectively: 6-0 (sorry, Justin, the offense doesn't seem to like you any more than it likes Nate), and 6-5 (sorry, Manny, no need for that two-run homer).

TOMORROW WILL BE BETTER DAMMIT DON'T MAKE ME COME DOWN THERE.

I really didn't plan to use my irritated Maroth icon so much on its first day.

[rofl] That will probably happen some time in the future, I'm sure. It's how I got hooked on a lot of the other teams I like. It's annoying cause I'm at least a moderate fan of like 37472847328 teams, most of them in the AL. Sometimes the rivalry tears me apart, but oh how I love the sweet suffering of it. ;)

Bwaha. Watching the Red Sox/Tigers series last month broke my brain. They have two series next month, I'm kind of not looking forward to it.
