YAY that game sucked too! Final score 8-1 Orioles. After the weekend we just had, too. I swear I will never understand baseball.
Well, at least we didn't get shut out. And we threw out two guys at the plate. And John Olerud, who did well in his debut Saturday, showed us some more why we should really really like him and he wants to play c'mon pleeeeease. And my new Orioles fan friend must be feeling much better right about now. *g*
But how do we lose 8-1 to a team the Tigers just swept? I really won't ever understand baseball.

Just a skoosh ^_^ It's my first day at my summer job, and it simply wouldn't have done for me to show up all pouty and put out ^_~
I really don't know why the boys have played so badly at home this year. I'm sorta starting to take it personally.

And, hey, it makes perfect sense that the Sox would lose to us. Coming off the high of pulverizing the Yankees, and the three games the O's lost to Detroit was the longest slide for my AL-East-leading boys all year. I forgot what it was like when they were winning. I don't think this has happened since 1997.
