But the Sox lost anyway. So did the Cubs, at like the last possible second 'cos the Marlins went from zero runs to EIGHT during the eighth inning. We I care because this means that there will be one more game for them, which means that today's Sox/Yankees game will be this afternoon, which means I'll miss it because I will be at work, which means Dad had better tape it for me OR I WILL KILL HIM. Also, it would help if the power didn't go out again.

Now if you'll excuse me, I need to go drool over the merchandise at redsox.com.

Promote the Yankees in my journal again and see what kinds of things I post about for the next week or so.

Fine, then. I'll post about it in my own journal (http://paranoid.freaky.nu), along with some stuff that has absolutely nothing to do with that godforsaken sport. It's October. That means FOOTBALL. Not baseball. My dad says that he remembers the World Series and whatnot being in like September. Which is where it belongs. September = the END OF SUMMER. Baseball = SUMMER SPORT.
