I now have an official favourite episode of Angel. Lindsey sang. And there was the evil hand! Evil hands are never a bad thing. Too bad Lindsey didn't end up having to chop his off with a chainsaw. (Two entries in a row with an Angel-related Evil Dead joke. They need to stop making this so easy.) And moral conflict and picking on Angel and did I mention the singing? With the guitar? Almost makes me forget that I hated trying to learn the guitar. Man, all Mutant Enemy has to do is put the reasonably attractive guy with a stunning singing voice on stage with a guitar in his hands (paging Giles, circa season four) and I will forgive them for anything.

I definitely love Lindsey now. It makes me want to watch the season over again just for Lindsey. I hope they do bring him back this season, that would be the best, and it would kind of make sense in terms of characterization for him to return to Wolfram & Hart now that it seems to be is in the hands of the good guys.

Man, I wish I had the leisure time to look up all the Lindsey slash I've spotted over the years. Kisses and virtual chocolate to anyone who offers recommendations.

Found my way here through [livejournal.com profile] j_crew_guy, who said you need Lindsey recs, so I will offer my own story, "U Turn." Hope you like it!

Okay, I just read it. And, because it's a slow day here at the library, I managed to read the whole thing. I don't often manage to finish really long fics, so that in itself says that I quite enjoyed it. =) Aside from the obvious (ie, the hot smut *g*), I also liked the interactions between the characters - Lindsey and Cordelia's eventual friendship, Wesley's strong distrust gradfually easing up, Gunn's total resrvation until he'd made up his mind about Lindsey . . . and, even though the ending seemed a little too sudden and easy to me, I still liked the conversation between Buffy and Lindsey. I can imagine them getting together for coffee occasionally, just to keep Angel off guard. *g*

Also, it can't be easy to make a tussle with a hotel lease into interesting reading. ;) So, kudos and thanks again for the link.

Yay! I'm glad you enjoyed it! I only got hooked on Lindsey on the rerun of "Dead End" -- just as the boy was heading out of town for good! I spent all summer writing "U Turn," then by the time it was finally ready to post, Lindsey/Angel fandom had already mostly faded away, so the story never got much notice.

Anyway, thanks!
