From here:

News of Rodriguez's dilemma and Guillen's continued knee problems were enough to make Trammell shake his head [and] take stock of his team's problems.

"It's like, 'OK, what news am I going to get when I show up tomorrow?'" he said. "It's been one thing after another, and you just have to do the best you can.

"The hits just keep on coming."

No kidding, Tram.

Colombia. wtf.

Oh my lord. Roger Clemens pitched eight shutout innings tonight, eighty-eight pitches, nine strike outs. His ERA is now a ridiculous 1.32. And while he was at it, he hit two singles. That's the same number of hits as he gave the Pirates.

Final score? 1-0 PIRATES.

That's right. Clemens throws a phemonenal game, gets no run support, and falls victim to the bullpen. Or, in this case, the closer. (Thanks, Lidge, I was just thinking about how much I longed for a closing trifecta of SUCK.) Gosh, that sounds familiar.

What a nice little flashback to April and May.

That might be even worse than what the Tigers did to Bondo the other day.

*deep breath* It is okay, it happens, the Astros are still in it, I will not panic for no reason, they are not I repeat NOT the Tigers . . .

(Interesting little fact: The Astros have been shut out twelve or thirteen times this season [can't remember which]. Six of those shutouts have been on Clemens's starts.)
