BOY I'M SURE GLAD WE SHAFTED CABRERA FOR RENTERÍA.

I blame Rentería for this game. WTF way to kill it for us twice. Not even the craptastic show that was Clement's pitching can measure up to the miserable bullshit that Rentería provided.

Awesome, awesome homer from my boy Tek, though. So much for going hitless at Yankee Stadium this year.

And Rivera? Yeah, he'll never be the same against us. He may dominate every other team, but against the Red Sox he's become just another closer.

*sigh* And I'm sure Rentería will get better. Like Wells, he just needs to find his footing.

This game was much better than Sunday's. Let's keep improving. It would also be good if we stopped hitting Giambi with the pitches. I mean, it's kind of hilarious that he's been hit three times in two games, but it doesn't seem like the best long term strategy.

Sigh. At least Rob and Amber and Uchenna and Joyce are still there. Revised ideal final three: Rob/Amber, Uchenna/Joyce, Meredith/Gretchen.

But as far as emotionally involving entertainment goes? This day loses.
