Yeah, and I can watch the archive on MLBTV, too, but that's not even close to being the same. I missed the Tek/A-Rod brawl because of a wedding and I regret it to this day.

I feel your pain. I missed the first period of the March 26, 1997 Bloodbath between the Red Wings and Avalanche, wherein Mr. Darren McCarty beat the over-loving SHIT out of one Claude "the Turtle" Lemieux, Shanahan clotheslined Patrick Roy, Igor fucking LARIONOV got into a fight, and Mike Vernon beat the shit out of Patrick Roy at center ice - because my mom made me go to a FUCKING GIRL SCOUT MEETING!!!!!!

....not that I'm still bitter about it or anything like that. I've forgiven her. Slightly. Maybe. Except, you know, not really at all.

Dude, I happened to be in Michigan at the time and got to see that game on TV. Oh, sweet revenge. To this day, I still hate Claude Lemieux more than any other hockey player in history.
