Now I must give Joe Torre credit for being teh funny:
When Torre was asked to name his No. 5 starter, he said Wang, then remembered he was his No. 4 and said, "His name is July Fifth," the date when the fifth spot in the rotation spins again. "That's the only thing I know. Or it's TBA (to be announced), or Undetermined, who has pitched for a lot of ballclubs."
Awesome. You just know the man's brain is boiling over and the time he doesn't spend trying to figure out what's wrong with his team is spent wondering if Steinbrenner is going to let him finish out his contract, yet he still has time to crack a joke.
