Also, the Yankees lost their sixth in a row to the Twins, 6-3. After they were ahead for a while, too. And after the Twins lost like half the team to injuries in their last game. Way to go, guys. =D This drops the Yankees back down to an even .500.
And yes, the Astros did get themselves shut out. For heaven's sake. I mean, okay, worst team in the division versus the best - it's like pitting the Devil Rays against the Orioles. It's just frustrating to see a) a lovely start go to waste, and b) the second time in a row they have not managed a three-game winning streak.
And tomorrow I am going upstairs and having a word with someone about the past few nights of opera at insanely late hours. If the person below you can hear it, turn it the hell down. Heh, better opera than rap or something, though.
