Items on yesterday's list that I achieved:
* Bought food.
* Deposited check at bank.
Bonus Item:
* Went to H&R Block and had my taxes done. This should bring me three hundred or so dollars to put toward the trip to New York. Also: My TAXES are DONE and I don't have to spend the next month and a half going, "I should really do my taxes . . ."
Tomorrow, I will try to resist the urge to sign on to AIM, because the lyricwheel fic is due Wednesday, and I must get the fucker done. So if my will breaks, and you see me on, poke me till I go away, please? Thanks. Of course, in the event that I inform you that I have finished the fic, poking may be replaced by congratulatory petting. Your call, of course. *g*
Huckabees just going to have to wait some more. Maybe I'll hold off and bring it to NY to watch with Anji.

_ashtray_girl. I am leaving on the tenth, which is suddenly really close OMGWTF. And yes, I will be wearing my Bosox cap everywhere. Which I do already, so it's not like I'm going out of my way to be annoying or anything.
Also, just to make my schedule that week more fun,manderspander is turning twenty-one on the seventh, which also happens to be the date for the Red Sox/Yankees spring training game WHICH THE RED SOX BETTER WIN BECAUSE I DON'T WANT TO HEAR A DAMN WORD ABOUT SOME MEANINGLESS SPRING TRAINING GAME WHILE I'M IN NEW YORK but anyway. She's coming down, and we're going to try and find a bar showing the game. Failing that, we can buy our own damn liquor and watch it at home. Or at least go out that night, as I believe the game is in the afternoon.
My manager looooooves me. And I love her for giving me the time off for the trip when she's already having a hard time making ends meet with the schedule. <3
So, yay to me for actually being semi-productive, yay to Peter at H&R Block for being both helpful and funny (he was way too pleased that someone my age actually knew a couple Talking Heads songs, it was highly amusing), yay to visiting New York, and yay to keeping my streak going on consecutive days posted!
