SO this morning I watched the Red Dwarf tape that I rented Tuesday in case the game got rained out, and I was amazed how very good it felt to think about something other than baseball. I mean, I knew I was relieved to have a couple days' break before the World Series begins tomorrow, but I hadn't realized how mentally exhausted and just generally drained I was. Whoo.

Not that I'm not looking forward to doing it for another week . . .
