I think I've found it, kids. The most random DVD two-pack combo EVER. Explain the connection to me, please? "Well, one is about basketball, and the other . . . oh, uh, no . . . well, one is a sequel, and the other . . . uhm . . . one stars an uderage rapper and the other . . . no, that's not it . . . one has talking animals and the other - has talking basketball players?"
In other news, after spending a week and a half (or . . . two . . .) obsessing juuust a little over BttF, I decided to give it a break and try a more recent Crispin film, so I put in Willard. (Well, I listened to the commentary because I was too tired to spend an hour and a half following a plot, but that's not the point.) The point is this: The sudden jump ahead (twenty years or so) dramatically illustrated for me how Crispin went from cute-as-a-little-button to drop-dead-gorgeous. Seriously. Wow.
In other other news, I wish it would warm the fuck up already. It hit thirty degrees on Tuesday (I think) and that was just lovely. I don't mind walking everywhere - actually, I even kind of like it, because it gives me more time to listen to CDs and also it's the only exercise I get - but weather like this makes it awfully tiresome.
In conclusion, MY BIRTHDAY IS A WEEK FROM TODAY AND I SHALL BE 21 OMG!!!! I'd follow that by a link to my Amazon list and a shameless hint for gifts (because when again in my life am I going to be able to get away with that?), but I still haven't quite figured out how to track down and copy the link to my list without being logged in to the site itself, and believe me when I say that that admission makes me feel deeply stupid.
But that's just as well, as I'm perfectly happy with the fic offers a couple of you have made. *hugs to all* I love everyone. The end.
