I just took my first look at my almost-thirteen stepsister's Facebook profile. Her Political Opinion is "john mccain shoulda won."

I'm just like, awwwwwww she thinks she's edgy!

I am going to ruffle her adorable head next time I see her and not tell her why. She's a smart kid, she'll grow out of it. (Hopefully at around the same time she grows out of Twilight.)

That stuff always amuses me because what do twelve year olds really know about politics? Dawwwww.

I have no politics-related icons. This one kind of fits.

My little brother is doing the same kinds of things. He's twenty. He's a good kid in most ways, but it unnerves me that politically he's starting to fall into step with my grandmother.

Hee, while heating up my lunch in the break room, I saw some teenager on CNN today whining about health care reform. I literally said aloud, "Dude, you're like fifteen, you can't even vote yet. Don't you have some Legos or something you could be playing with right now?"

Snicker! (Although it's scary if she's going to be a Palin-ite in the next cycle.)
