manderspander has come down to visit with family and, as is the tradition when she does so, I am going over to spend the night (and will thus be unavailable tonight, rendering last night's insomnia even more frustrating because it feels like wasted time). I'm a little nervous about this, because last time I visited with Amanda, trade deadline happened. I had better the fuck not come home tomorrow to discover that Bondo is a Brewer or something. I will accept coming home to find that Boomer is a Padre or a Dodger, because enough with the damn waiting already, let's make some shit happen so I can start dreaming up ways to torment Derek Lowe, but that is it. Any other trades my teams want to make, I'm sorry, but you're just going to have to clear it with me first, because you will not ruin my visit like you did last time.
